Idea generation
In close collaboration with the client, we develop ideas for software solutions with focus on the users, their context and reality.
We work first with conceptualization and ideation, secondly we design the technical solutions, trying to keep our eyes open, and not be blinded by the tools at hand. We pride ourselves of working hard to ensure creativity and idea richness in all our projects, with a drive to solve real problems for real people.
We propose digitization in areas where others would normally not consider a digital solution, and our idea richness in relation to solving various problems, enables us to create systems that are sufficiently innovative to also be useful tomorrow, when the world looks a little different than it does today. This is what we call Next Practice.
Implementation
We concretize high-flying ideas with concrete hands-on testing by means of mock-ups, prototypes and user involvement during the whole development process. The result is solutions that are realistic and the best possible fit to the users reality.
Involving users and user perspectives deeply in the development process, allow us to combine a close understanding of the subject area, with a deep technical knowledge, to create software solutions that make a difference. User insights give us understanding of their unique problems and challenges, and getting to know the users gives the innovation process drive and meaning.
A software solution can be incredibly sophisticated and future-proof, but if it is not useful for those who need it, the leading-edge technology becomes insignificant. Therefore, we listen carefully to the users and develop an underlying and coherent concept, matching the context of the project.
Realization
Based on the iterative ideation and conceptualization process, we develop the final software solution with focus on scalability, quality and reliability.
We implement scalable and reliable software solutions and ensure that they match the users genuine needs, including that the interaction design takes the user by the hand through the processes he or she wants to carry out. At the same time, our software solutions are innovative and usually extend beyond what the customer has imagined.
